Srinagar, March 3: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Tuesday chaired a high-level meeting to review the prevailing security scenario in the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir.
The meeting, held at the Lok Bhavan in Srinagar, was attended by Lieutenant General Pratik Sharma, General Officer Commanding-in-Chief (GoC-in-C), Northern Command; Director General of Police J&K Nalin Prabhat; Lieutenant General Prashant Srivastava, GoC 15 Corps; and Major General Balbir Singh, MGGS, Northern Command.
Detailed deliberations were held on the overall security preparedness and coordination among various agencies, officials said.
