Ganderbal, Apr 12 : An eight-year-old boy, hailing from Mumbai died of head injury after he fell down from a horse at tourist resort Thajwas, Sonamarg in central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district on Tuesday.

An official told the news agency—Kashmir News Observe (KNO) that during horse riding at Thajwas, Sonamarg, one lady and one child namely Shashi Kumari Singh, wife of Ajay Kumar Singh of Tamil Nadu aged 42 yrs and child namely Kartik Sudakar Devadiga, son of Sudhakar Devadiga of Dombivali Mumbai aged eight years fell down from horse.

“Both the injured were shifted to PHC Sonmarg where doctors declared the child dead on arrival. The injured lady was later shifted to SKIMS Soura for further treatment,” he said—(KNO)
