LG condoles demise of Santoor maestro Pandit Bhajan Sopori

Srinagar, Jun 03 : Lieutenant Governor, Manoj Sinha Friday expressed grief over the sad demise of Santoor maestro Pandit Bhajan Sopori.

In a condolence message, the Lt Governor said, “I am deeply grieved to learn about demise of Santoor maestro Pandit Bhajan Sopori. In his passing away Indian classical music has lost one of its most talented artistes. He also made invaluable contribution as a member of Shri Amarnathji Shrine Board.
