Bandipora, Apr 09 : A daily wager of Power Development Department (PDD) died after he fell down from an electric pole in Ajas area of north Kashmir’s Bandipora district on Saturday, officials said.
The officials told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that a daily-wager identified as Manzoor Ahmad Lone (30), son of Mohammad Sultan Lone of Garoora Bandipora was critically injured after he fell down from an electric pole.
They said that the injured was rushed to Community Health Center Hajin where doctors declared him brought dead.
Meanwhile, police has taken cognizance in this regard while the body of deceased was handed over to his family for the last rites—(KNO)
