Reliable sources in the R&B department told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that a flyover is about to be sanctioned on the busiest bypass highway, from Parimpora to Shalteng Crossing, which aims to alleviate the traffic congestion on one of the busiest routes.

They added the project is moving forward rapidly, with the tendering process set to begin soon. “This bridge will connect the highways and will also ease the traffic flow on the business highway,” they added, highlighting the anticipated benefits for commuters and the local economy.

As already reported by KNO, the Bemina bypass flyover is to be completed by June subject to favourable weather conditions and two vital projects Nowgam, Sanat Nagar to be completed by June ending and December 2024 respectively—(KNO)
