Rajouri August 05:-A terrorist has been killed in an ongoing gunfight that broke out in Gundhikhwas Rajouri area of Jammu division, police officials said.
They said that a joint team of Police, army’ and CRPF launched a cordon and search operation on specific information about the presence of ultras the area.
He said that as the joint teams of forces approached towards the suspected spot, the hiding ultras fired upon them which was retaliated, triggering an encounter.
“During exchange of fire, one terrorist has been killed while operation is going on,” they said. (KS)
