Srinagar, Nov 3 : BJP leader and former J&K BJP President Ravinder Raina on Tuesday said that resignation of Aga Syed Ruhullah Mehdi as MP and from National Conference is a danger bell for the party.
Speaking to media, as per GNS, Raina said if Ruhullah Mehdi has resigned, he is Member of Parliament of National Conference, he has been MLA three times, he has been a minister.
“If he has resigned, then this is a danger bell for National Conference. He is a very dangerous, sharp politician,” Raina said.
He said 25 MLAs are forming some separate alliance somewhere, so there are clouds of crisis hovering over National Conference in Jammu and Kashmir.
Raina said BJP has nothing to do with this matter, this is the matter of Dr. Farooq Abdullah and Omar Abdullah, their own political family matter, their party’s matter.
On allegations of BJP running Operation Lotus, Raina said Ram Madhav is in J&K for BJP’s campaign ‘Save Democracy, Remove Anarchy’ and NC is unable to handle its own house.
“The trouble is in their own house, they cannot handle their own house, so Operation Lotus… It is very easy to say this thing,” he said.
Pertinently, Aga Ruhullah earlier today announced his resignation as Srinagar MP and from National Conference during a rally at Budgam on the martyrdom anniversary of his father.(GNS)
