Srinagar, Oct 24 : A 27-year-old youth from Rajouri was injured in a road accident at Gumri Drass and later shifted to SKIMS Soura for treatment.
Officials told GNS that one person identified as Nitan Rana, son of Ashok Rana, resident of Sunderbani Rajouri, aged about 27 years, was brought to SKIMS Soura after being referred from Sub District Hospital Drass.
As per reports, Nitan was travelling as a pillion rider on a motorbike when the bike was hit by an unidentified vehicle at Gumri Drass, resulting in multiple grievous injuries.
His condition is stated to be stable at present.
Police have taken cognizance of the incident.(GNS)
