Srinagar, Sep 28 : BJP MLA from Udhampur East, R S Pathania on Monday told Speaker Abdul Rahim Rather that the BJP has served a notice seeking his removal from the post.
As per GNS, Pathania informed the Speaker in the House that the party has submitted a notice under relevant rules for moving a resolution for removal of the Speaker.
The development comes amid ongoing proceedings of the Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly.
