SP Sopore with other Officers of Sopore Police received the Booster Dose of COVID-19

Sopore, Jan 13 (KR) : Today an extensive booster dose of Covid Vaccination drive has been started by Sopore Police to the Police Personnel posted in the Police District. The drive was carried out at DPL Sopore where Superintendent of Police Sopore Sudhanshu Verma received their first booster shot of Covid Vaccine

SP Sopore advised all the officials to shed any inhibitions and avail this opportunity of administering the vaccine for immunising the frontline workers. He further added that vaccination drive will be a key factor in strengthening our defense against COVID-19 pandemic disease and will facilitate resumption of our daily life schedules.

He appreciated all Police officers/officials who are contributing the systematic efforts against COVID-19 pandemic disease and thanked the Health officials for their assistance in administering the booster dose of vaccine to Police officers/officials and also appealed the eligible population to get their booster dose at an earliest in order to beat this deadly virus. It is Pertinent to mention that Sopore Police along with civil administration are on forefront in enforcing the Covid Appropriate Behaviour in the whole Police District to restrain the further spread of it – (KR)
