Srinagar, Budgam, Anantnag set to complete 100% 2nd Covid dose

Srinagar, Dec 27 : The three districts in Kashmir division that include Srinagar, Budgam and Anantnag are set to complete the second dose vaccination of eligible population.

As per the data available with the news agency Kashmir News Observer (KNO), Budgam district has so far given second dose vaccination to 97 percent of the eligible population followed by Srinagar and Anantnag where 96 percent population have received the second dose.

The data shows that 93 percent of the population has been given second dose vaccination in Kulgam, 89 percent in Shopian, 87 percent in Bandipora, 89 percent in Baramulla, 86 percent in Kupwara, 90 percent in Pulwama and 82 percent in Ganderbal.

In Jammu division, Samba and Poonch districts have already completed 100 percent second dose vaccination of all eligible population.

In Jammu district 86 percent population has been given second dose vaccination, 74 percent in Kishtwar, 95 percent in Doda, 87 percent in Udhampur, 92 percent in Kuthua, 98 percent in Ramban, 83 percent in Rajouri and 97 percent in Reasi.

In total, 91 percent of the eligible population of J&K has been given a second dose of vaccination—(KNO)
