50 travelers among 589 covid-19 cases in J&K, total 88958

Srinagar: Fifty travelers were among 589 fresh covid-19 cases reported in Jammu and Kashmir, taking the total inch closer to 89000 mark.

Officials told GNS that 241 cases were reported from Jammu Division and 348 from Kashmir Valley. Th total case tally has reached 88958.

Giving district wise details, they said, Srinagar reported 136 cases, Budgam 34, Baramulla 32, Pulwama 30, Kupwara 4, Anantnag 39, Bandipora 32, Ganderbal 21, Kulgam 12, Shopian 8, Jammu 118, Rajouri 10,
Udhampur 10, Doda 25, Kathua 9, Poonch 13, Samba 7, Kishtwar 25, Ramban 11 and Reasi 13.

Moreover, they said, 770 more COVID-19 patients have recovered and were discharged from various hospitals— 349 from Jammu Division and 421 from Kashmir Valley. (GNS)
