Srinagar, April 26: Some exchange of fire took place between terrorists and security forces in Giddar area of South Kashmir’s Kulgam district on Saturday.

A top police officer GNS that there was some intial exchange of fire between terrorists and joint team of police and army during searches in Giddar area.

The searches have been intensified and all exit routes near suspected spot have been sealed, the officer added.

Notably, security forces have intensified anti-terrorist operations throughout valley after Pahalgam attack.(GNS)
