Srinagar, May 23 : A minor was drowned on Friday late afternoon in Hapatkhai Nalla in Boniyar area of North Kashmir’s Baramulla district.

Officials told GNS that a boy was drowned when he was crossing the nala near Bela bridge in Boniyar.

Soon a rescue team along with police, SDRF and locals started rescue operation for tracing the minor.

The minor has been identified as Mohd Afaq Khan son of Mushtaq Ahmad resident of Shahkote.(GNS)
