Jammu, Mar 25 : Peoples Conference president and MLA Handwara Sajad Gani Lone on Tuesday raised the issue of him not being informed about rejection of his resolutions on Article 370 and shifting back of PSA detainees lodged in jails outside J&K.

As soon as proceedings of the Assembly began, as per news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), Lone raised the issue of not being informed about his resolutions disallowed by the Assembly secretariat.

“I have not been informed about my resolutions which have been disallowed,” Lone said, adding that he has to be informed about it by virtue of Rule 197 of Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in J&K Legislative Assembly.

Later, the Speaker said that he (Lone) will be informed about the status of his resolutions—(KNO)
