J&K clinches 62nd National Roller Skating Championship for 6th time

JAMMU, DECEMBER 18: J&K made history in the 62nd National roller skating championship, held at Pondicherry by lifting the masters National champion title for the 6th time.

The star studded masters men roller hockey team was led by J&K police cop and former Indian captain Rajesh Anand with other members of the gold medal winning team being Rai Brinder Singh, Ankush Kohli, Arvin Singh, Vikram, Krish Gupta, who were unstoppable during all the matches and dominated other teams with their exceptional skills and coordination.

Krish Gupta one of the best roller hockey players of India again proved himself by scoring the highest goals in the championship. Rajesh Anand and Gagan singh both goal keepers were the attraction of the championship as they showed their experience and saving skills during the whole championship.

It is pertinent to mention here that all the master players of J&K are serving in various government departments and were appointed under sports quota.

Senior most players of J&K, Roller Hockey clubs and the roller skating association of J&K also applauded the performance of the masters as well as other participants.
