Driver Killed, Helper Injured After Tree Branch Falls On Their Truck In Ramban

Jammu, December 17 : A 38-year-old man was killed and his helper was injured after a big tree branch fell on their truck at Nachalana area of Ramban district on Tuesday.

Officials said that fire erupted from forests of Nachalana due to which a big tree branch fell on truck.

In this incident the driver of the truck identified as Muzamil Gul(38) was killed while as his helper namely Owais Ahmad was injured. The injured helper has been shifted to Sub-district hospital Banihal for treatment.

Meanwhile, police have registered a case in this regard and investigation has been taken up.(GNS)
