Sgr Police launches helpline for verification services

Srinagar, Dec 06 : In a bid to simplify public grievance redressal and improve access to verification services, the district police Srinagar have introduced a dedicated helpline for the citizens on Friday.

The helpline is designed to assist with services such as passport verification, police clearance certificates (PCC), employee verification (for both government and private sectors), and tenant verification.

According to the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), the Srinagar Police has introduced a dedicated helpline for citizens and the helpline will operate on all working days from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

The residents can seek assistance by calling or sending a WhatsApp message to the following numbers: 9541922441 and 9541922442.

In the meanwhile, local residents have welcomed the development—(KNO)
