Qazigund, Dec 05 : Security forces recovered arrested two terror associates and also recovered arms and ammunition, including two AK-47 rifles from them in Lower Munda area of Qazigund in south Kashmir’s Kulgam district, officials said.

An official told news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that during a naka checking two terror associates were arrested and recovery was made at Gulab Bagh near Lower Munda area of Qazigund.

The recovered items include 2 AK-47 rifles; 4 magazines and some rounds.

The arrested individuals have been identified as Manzoor Ahmad Bhat son of Rashid Bhat of Nipora and Altaf Ahmad Lone son of Abdul Ahad Lone of Teesan Kachpora Zadoora.

A case has been registered, and further investigations are underway, he said—(KNO)
