Sopore Encounter: Two Militants Killed, Operation Continues

Srinagar, November 8 : Two militants have been killed in a night long operation in Sagipora area of North Kashmir’s Sopore on Friday.

A top police officer told GNS that two militants have been killed so far in the exchange of fire with the security forces.

Yesterday an operation was launched in Sagipora area after having specific input about presence of some militants in the area.

However operation was suspended for the night for precautionary measures and was resumed this morning with the first light of the day.(GNS)
