Congress launches public outreach program in Bandipora to strengthen party base

Bandipora: In a significant move to bolster its presence and connect with the grassroots, Congress launched a public outreach program across Bandipora district. This initiative, aimed at strengthening the party’s foundational structure, is being led by district president Mushtaq Ahmed Tantary.

Alongside the district president, Inamul Haq, Sarfaraz Reshi, Fayaz Ahmed Dar, Javid Ahmad Dar, Mushtaq Ahmed, Irshad Ahmed and others have been instrumental in initiating the groundwork for this program. Today, this working group visited Buthoo, Pazalpora, and Banakoot to nominate a working body for these areas.

Mushtaq Ahmed Tantary emphasized the importance of this initiative, stating, “The party is committed to the welfare of the people. Through this outreach program, we aim to address the local issues, and work collectively towards development and progress.”

The party has begun groundwork to establish a robust organisational structure that will enhance its effectiveness in the district. This includes recruiting dedicated volunteers, forming committees at the local level, and providing training to party members on grassroots mobilisation. The effort is expected to empower the party to address aspirations of the people more effectively.

The party’s public outreach program has been welcomed by one and all, who hope it will bring new opportunities and address long-standing issues within the district. With this initiative, the party hopes to build a stronger presence in Bandipora and contribute positively to the region’s development trajectory.
