Srinagar, Sep 25 : Senior Congress leader and former legislator Haji Abdur Rashid today pricked the National Conference-Congress pre-poll alliance balloon in presence of senior Congress leader and Leader of Opposition (LoP) Rahul Gandhi, by stating that NC workers tore apart Congress flags and fixed a parallel rally in Sopore.
As per news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), welcoming Rahul to the apple town of Sopore, Haji Rashid said that he has seen many coalitions but not the one they are into at present. “They (NC) tore apart our flags and fixed a parallel rally at Sopore despite knowing Rahulji is coming here.
Is this coalition? I haven’t seen such coalition,” Rashid said in typical Kashmiri language while Rahul tried to understand what the Congress leader was trying to convey—(KNO)
