3 UP tourists stranded after snowfall in Natha Top, rescued by Police

Ramban, Jan 30 : Ramban police on Monday rescued three Uttar Pradesh tourists stuck at Natha Top area of Patnitop in Ramban district after snowfall, officials said here.

An official told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), that distress call was received in Police Post Patnitop that some tourists were stuck in the snow near Natha Top.

“Acting swiftly, a special police team was constituted by I/C PP Patnitop PSI Sushil Kumar and the rescue team immediately rushed to the spot”, he said.

He said the police party after strenuous and hectic efforts finally reached the spot amid heavy snowfall and all 3 tourists were safely rescued—(KNO)
