Human Chain of Over 6K Persons Tread Nearly 50 KMs to Mark ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ Campaign in Baramulla

Baramulla, Aug 13 : In sync with the nationwide ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign under ‘Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav’ celebrations – to mark 75 years of Independence – police and district administration Baramulla came together to organize rallies, which saw huge participation from common citizenry in this north Kashmir district.

Reports reaching GNS said that the rallies participated by officials from police and district administration in the form of road lining/human chains were enthusiastically joined by common citizens and school going children, who were seen holding national flags and chanting patriotic slogans.

As per details available, approximately six thousand participants joined the rallies at Baramulla town, Gulmarg, Pattan, Sheeri, Tangmarg and Uri and covered a distance of nearly fifty kilometers to express their willingness in making the campaign successful. (GNS)
