Eye-witnesses told news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) since early morning, long queues of vehicles were seen stuck on the entire Boulevard stretch as all vehicles were heading towards the much-hyped Tulip garden.

“There were locals, tourists and all were heading towards garden. But entire boulevard stretch right from Dalgate remained choked which forces many locals to walk to reach the garden,” said Adil Nazir, a shopkeeper.

Many visitors, however, urged the traffic department to deploy extra men for manning the traffic on the Boulevard stretch in view of the huge rush to Tulip garden—(KNO)
