Ramban, Mar 21 : The traffic movement on 270-km Jammu-Srinagar highway resumed on Monday after remaining suspended for over 16 hours due to shooting stones at Mehar area of Ramban district, officials said.
The highway was blocked due to shooting stones at Mehar near Ramban on Sunday near about 4:30 PM, officials told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO).
The traffic was resumed on Monday after the road clearance agencies removed debris, he said, adding that the highway shall remain open for two-way traffic tomorrow—(KNO)
