Sopore, Mar 11 : A 65-year-old man, who was injured in a road accident yesterday at Batingoo area of Sopore, succumbed to his injuries in Srinagar hospital on Friday.
Officials told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that the Abdul Malik Dar(65), son of Habibullah Dar of Muqam was injured after being hit by a two-wheeler following which he was shifted to Srinagar hospital for treatment.
“The injured was undergoing treatment at Srinagar hospital since yesterday, where he breathed his last today,” they said.
Meanwhile, after conducting the legal medical formalities, the body will be handed over to his family for last rites.
Police have already registered a case in this regard and initiated the investigation—(KNO)
